The Big Ouch and Nets Record Breaking Almost!

                The Orlando Magic and Miami Heat game was a very exciting one. Being there live was something indescribable. The atmosphere was so intense, and home crowd, although very quiet through the first three quarters, really gave the Magic support in the fourth quarter. Everything went fine for the Magic until, Dwayne Wade missed a shot and Michael Beasley had a dunk with 1.6 seconds left in the game. THIS IS THE NBA, AND THIS WAS A WOW MOMMENT. The game didn’t not finish without controversy, because some say Beasley was goaltending, while the referees saw it in favor of Miami. The game was great, and in the end Miami needed this victory to get out of there skid. Magic are now 5 -1 since Grumpy Stan stopped being grumpy, and I doubt he will be too nice after this loss. The Magic didn’t need this win as much, but it would have put them atop the East. They are now tied with Boston for second, and Atlanta is the top dog in the East. The Magic made big mistakes. Vince did great at the end but during the game, maybe he should stop with the fade always, and the Magic’s pick and roll is still terrible. They got complacent and it contrasts their attitude last season. Grumpy Stan was right when he said the passion that they had last season doesn’t seem to be there as much this season. It is not Grumpy Stan’s negativity. I believe it was because so many doubted us, and this year the Atlanta Hawks have that role to play. Tonight the Magic will be a test for Atlanta.

                The Nets are close to breaking a record. It is so exciting that they are only two losses away from becoming the team that started the season 0-17. This team has great pieces in Devin Harris, Brook Lopez, and Courtney Lee. I don’t know why they are not winning any games, but it really hurts their image and chances of trying to grab a LeBron, Dwayne, or Bosh. Injuries have been a problem, but Lopez put up 32 points last night for the Nets and they still could not pull out a victory. They have already tied with the Miami Heat’s worst record form two years ago, being 0-15. I really hope they can pull out a win on this three game road trip to the West teams, but it doesn’t look likely. Things do happen, like Miami defeating the Orlando Magic.
